The check-in process was efficient and the staff provided friendly service. The bed was comfortable and the fresh coffee at breakfast was a highlight, though the shower was a bit finicky at times. The room felt cozy but was on the smaller side, and while the location is convenient with a bus stop nearby, I found it a bit pricey for the overall experience.

The breakfast was warm, they make lots of meals. The room was gorgeous, spotless and with bathtub. The check-in was smooth, we loved downstairs bar. It was nice that wake up service and ironing were for free too.

The location was ideal for the Aviva Staduim.
I found it very inconvenient indeed that when booking online the hotel was advertised as having secure residents parking only to find out that on arrival that the car park was being used for other purposes and I was informed that i would have to park on the side street. I feel this was something I could have been made aware of very easily..

The lounge area in suite 1 offered a surprising bit of charm, perfect for a private gathering. The BBQ in the car park drew a fun crowd of post-event revelers.
Rooms suffer from noise issues and a general lack of upkeep. The shower system feels outdated without a hose, and many uncomfortable design choices, like the bathroom door almost touching the bed. There's a prominent lack of basic amenities, such as an iron or hairdryer, and cleanliness isn't guaranteed, with reports of leftover items from housekeeping lingering for days.
